لكل انسان نمط شخصية مختلف ، الا أن البعض قد يعاني من بعض سمات شخصيته، والتي ربما تحولت لإضطراب، كصاحب الشخصية الحساسة فمعظم الشخصيات التي لديها مثل هذه الإضطراب تكون متعبة وحياتها غير مستقرة بسبب المزاج المتقلب بشكل دائم ، غالباً ماتحتاج هذه الشخصية لمساعدة في تغيير السلوك على يد مختص نفسي يعتمد على الجلسات العديدة والمتتابعة من أجل مناقشة الأسباب والعوامل المساعدة التي لها تأثير مباشر، سواء كان هذا التأثير ايجابياً ام سلبياً. لذا فقد تم تخصيص هذا البرنامج المكون من خمس جلسات اسبوعية للمساعدته على الوعي بأخطاء التفكير لتعديلها، وكيف يستثمر النقاط الإيجابية في شخصيته، ويصنع قيمتة الحقيقة ويكتسب المرونة والحرية الكاملة في الإختيار والقرار وحتى حقه في الخطأ.

Every person has a different personality style, but some may suffer from some personality traits, which may turn into a disorder, such as those with a sensitive personality. Most personalities who have such a disorder are tired and their lives are unstable due to their constantly fluctuating moods. This personality often needs help in changing behavior. At the hands of a psychologist who relies on numerous and successive sessions in order to discuss the causes and contributing factors that have a direct impact, whether this impact is positive or negative. Therefore, this program, consisting of five weekly sessions, was dedicated to helping him become aware of thinking errors in order to correct them, and how to invest in the positive points in his personality, create his true value, and gain flexibility and complete freedom in choice and decision, and even his right to make a mistake.
